At Billiards.com, Inc, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your billiards gear.

    Pack Securely

    Place the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring that cues, cases, or accessories are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
