How long does shipping take for pool tables and large furniture?
Standard freight shipping for pool tables typically takes 2-4 weeks. Once your order arrives at the local terminal, a professional installer will contact you to schedule the final delivery and setup.
Can I request a specific weight for my pool cue?
Yes, most of our cues allow for weight selection between 18 and 21 ounces. You can select your preferred weight on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy on cues and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Cues must be in new, unchalked condition to qualify for a full refund. Please note that custom-made items are final sale.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Absolutely. We partner with a national network of certified billiards technicians to provide professional delivery, leveling, and cloth installation for all table purchases.
How do I know if a pool table will fit in my room?
We recommend at least 5 feet of clearance around the perimeter of the table to allow for a standard 57-inch cue stroke. Check our Room Size Guide for specific dimensions based on table size.
Are the pool cues covered by a warranty?
